OIC Inspired Care Access Program
The Care Access Program (CAP) is a support program designed to help patients who are uninsured or experiencing gaps/changes in insurance coverage get access to: Testing, Select Medical Services, Medications, and Essential Support Services.
Program Overview
The focus of CAP is to reduce barriers to care by providing coordinated support for patients in need of services, testing, and time sensitive care needs.
Does CAP replace insurance?
No. CAP is a program that provides short-term access to care to allow time for Care access stabilization.
90-day enrollment
Enrollment is a 90-day duration with re-evaluation for support needs to transition to longer-term care solutions.
Who is eligible for this program?
While CAP supports both insured and uninsured patients, it is especially important for:
- Patients without active coverage
- Patients needing assistance navigating benefits
- Patients requiring rapid access to care or medications
Covered Clinical Services
HIV testing
Follow-up visit and treatment start for positive HIV test
Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) initial & follow-up visit
Covered limited medications
Covered limited lab testing
